Where do you ship to?

Hamilton & Co only ships to:
Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
Including P.O. Boxes
All US Military bases, APO/FPO
Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands

Because shipping times are a priority, Hamilton & Co does not ship internationally at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Hamilton & Co charges shipping by the total order weight:
Up to 0.6 lb. $3.99
Above 0.6 lb. $5.99
Above 1 lb. $9.99
Above 5 lb. $14.99

Shipping costs are the same for both Express and International shipping. Enjoy FREE shipping on purchases of $65 or more.

Why do you ship from two locations?

To offer a wide selection of inventory and competitive pricing, Hamilton & Co partners with trusted domestic and international warehouses, ensuring we carry top brands from the U.S. and around the globe. We prioritize transparency by always showing where each item is being shipped from. If you have a preference, simply use the 'Shop by Shipping' menu at the top of the page and select your preference to filter and shop for items that ship from your desired location. No preference? We can combine shipping locations into a single order for your convenience.

What are your standard shipping times?

Standard shipping times (excluding holidays):

  • Express: 2-5 business days
  • International: 5-10 business days

Please note: Shipping times do not include standard processing times.

How do I track my order?

Hamilton & Co will send you email notifications with shipping information at each stage of the process—when your order is shipped, out for delivery, and delivered. Each email will include your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order's progress.

How do I apply a discount code?

Some Hamilton & Co discounts are automatically applied at checkout. If you have a discount code that isn't automatically applied, you can enter it during checkout in the 'Discount Code' field. When will I be charged for my order?

When you checkout, Hamilton & Co will immediately charge the payment method you provided. The exact timing of when the charge will appear on your statement depends on your payment provider. Most charges are processed within a few minutes, but it can sometimes take a little longer depending on the provider. Rest assured, you will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed and your order is complete.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Hamilton & Co will only accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. 

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

How do I return an item?

First, please make sure you have read the Hamilton & Co Refund Policy.

To request a return/refund, please use our online store chat and select 'Request a return/refund'. Provide us with the necessary information, including which item you'd like to return and the reason for the return. In some cases, we may require photos to process your return.

Once you submit your request, a team member will reach out with further information and next steps. This will include providing you with a Return Authorization number, which you will need to include with the returned item.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow Hamilton & Co 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your return and issue a refund.
